𝙸𝚝'𝚜 𝚋𝚎𝚎𝚗 𝚚𝚞𝚒𝚝𝚎 𝚊 𝚠𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎 𝚗𝚘𝚠 𝚜𝚒𝚗𝚌𝚎 𝙸 𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚍 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚊𝚌𝚚𝚞𝚊𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎. 𝚈𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚜𝚠𝚎𝚎𝚝, 𝚜𝚠𝚎𝚎𝚝 𝚊𝚌𝚚𝚞𝚊𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎!  𝙼𝚢 𝚍𝚎𝚊𝚛 𝚜𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚗𝚒𝚝𝚢, 𝚑𝚘𝚠 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚋𝚎𝚎𝚗? 𝙸 𝚑𝚘𝚙𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚝𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚊𝚕𝚕 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚊𝚜 𝚊 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚙𝚕𝚒𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝. 𝙰𝚜 𝙸 𝚖𝚎𝚊𝚗𝚝 𝚒𝚝 𝚝𝚘 𝚋𝚎. 𝚈𝚘𝚞'𝚛𝚎 𝚘𝚗𝚎 𝚘𝚏 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚖𝚘𝚜𝚝 𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚒𝚕𝚒𝚎𝚗𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐𝚜 𝚒𝚗 𝚕𝚒𝚏𝚎. 𝙰𝚜 𝚖𝚞𝚌𝚑 𝚊𝚜 𝙸 𝚠𝚊𝚗𝚝 𝚝𝚘 𝚌𝚊𝚛𝚛𝚢 𝚘𝚗 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚒𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚙𝚕𝚒𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚜, 𝙸 𝚊𝚖 𝚘𝚗 𝚊 𝚚𝚞𝚎𝚜𝚝 𝚝𝚘 𝚏𝚒𝚗𝚍 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚊𝚜 𝚏𝚊𝚜𝚝 𝚊𝚜 𝙸 𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍. 𝙸 𝚌𝚊𝚗'𝚝 𝚜𝚙𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚊𝚗𝚘𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚞𝚝𝚎 𝚊𝚗𝚢𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚎. 𝙼𝚢 𝚍𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚝, 𝚖𝚢 𝚕𝚒𝚏𝚎 𝚒𝚜 𝚌𝚛𝚞𝚖𝚋𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚒𝚗 𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢 𝚊𝚜𝚙𝚎𝚌𝚝 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝙸'𝚖 𝚒𝚗 𝚍𝚒𝚛𝚎 𝚗𝚎𝚎𝚍 𝚘𝚏 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚖𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝𝚢 𝚜𝚊𝚟𝚎. 

𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚋𝚕𝚎𝚖 𝚒𝚜 𝙸 𝚍𝚘𝚗'𝚝 𝚔𝚗𝚘𝚠 𝚠𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞'𝚛𝚎 𝚕𝚘𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚍 𝚊𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚖𝚘𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝. 𝙲𝚊𝚗 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚐𝚒𝚟𝚎 𝚖𝚎 𝚊 𝚏𝚎𝚠 𝚍𝚒𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚘𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚑𝚞𝚗𝚝? 𝙼𝚊𝚢 𝚋𝚎 𝚊 𝚝𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚜𝚞𝚛𝚎 𝚖𝚊𝚙? 𝙾𝚛 𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚜 𝚙𝚊𝚢 𝚖𝚎 𝚊 𝚟𝚒𝚜𝚒𝚝 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚖𝚢 𝚞𝚗𝚜𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚕𝚎𝚍 𝚜𝚘𝚞𝚕? 𝚃𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚠𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚖𝚊𝚔𝚎 𝚖𝚎 𝚒𝚗 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚍𝚎𝚋𝚝 𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛. 𝙱𝚞𝚝, 𝙸 𝚠𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚒𝚏 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚌𝚊𝚗 𝚍𝚘 𝚒𝚝. 𝙱𝚎𝚌𝚊𝚞𝚜𝚎 𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝 𝚗𝚘𝚠, 𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚒𝚜 𝚗𝚘𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚎 𝙸 𝚠𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎 𝚝𝚘 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚗 𝚢𝚘𝚞!

Enlightenment (Adapt..)

When your mind is liberated your heart floods with compassion: compassion for yourself, for having undergone countless sufferings because you were not yet able to relieve yourself of false views, hatred, ignorance, and anger; and compassion for others because they do not yet see and so are still imprisoned by false views, hatred, and ignorance and continue to create suffering for themselves and for others. Now you look at yourself and at others with the eyes of compassion, like a saint who hears the cry of every creature in the universe and whose voice is the voice of every person who has seen reality in perfect wholeness.

Everyone in this world can be happy. No matter how awful the experience you had as a child, it is all in the past. If you stop replaying in your head the video of the past, you can be happy at any moment. The moment that you are alive, breathing in and out, is the present. If you concentrate on the present, you will be free from suffering.

If you can concentrate on the present, all the things you experienced in the past become valuable assets. Whether you failed in your business, or got hurt by someone, if you take all those things as precious experiences that help you understand your life, they will enable you to deal wisely with whatever comes your way in the future.

You must learn to get in touch with the innermost essence of your being. This true essence is beyond the ego. It is fearless; it is free; it is immune to criticism; it does not fear any challenge. No amount of money or success will solve these basic problems of existence; only intimacy with the Self will bring about true healing!
